Dear Owners

We are excited to share that 2024 will be the thirteenth annual Owner’s Satisfaction Survey where we ask for your views on what is working well in your village and where we can improve.

Each year the results of the Owners Survey provide an essential and valuable input into our village action plans. In previous years the results of the survey have been received in the weeks before Christmas which means the learnings are not incorporated into the Village plans until a few months into the New Year. This year we have taken the decision to launch the survey earlier in the year to ensure that when 2025 arrives we have the plans, agreed and ready to implement. 

The survey will go live on the 8th of July 2024.

We encourage you to complete the survey using the online link which will be emailed to you as we launch.  For those who are unable to complete online we will have a limited number of paper questionnaires. If you have any questions about how to complete the survey please contact reception or your village manager. 

As in previous years, the survey is predominantly quantitative and it is designed to monitor how well we are meeting your needs. We know the questionnaire is detailed and covers many topic areas and we really appreciate the time you set aside to share your views with us.

The questionnaire will cover the following topics: 

  • How you rate your village, reception, buildings and gardens 
  • Life in your village: your thoughts on, and usage of, the restaurant and health club 
  • Evaluation of customer service and communication 
  • A new section on wellness and lifestyle - here we would like you to help us to shape our wellness strategies and priorities
  • A section to share your thoughts on what you would like to see more of in your village, and which staff members go above and beyond to help you 

Every year we have a brilliant response to our questionnaire - last year we had the highest number of responses since the survey began with more than 1,000 completed surveys. This year we are hoping for a continuing level of enthusiasm. 

This survey will be managed by the independent market research company who have been our partner in this from the beginning, In the Know Insights

The survey is anonymous, so we encourage you to be as honest and open as you want to be: the more you share with us the better we can meet your needs.
